What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When customers sign up to the loyalty program, ILN will capture the following data and share it with us:

• Email ID
• Username
• Order value
• Points earned
• Points redeemed

We leverage this data with ILN for special offers, promotions, and to provide a personalised experience to our customers. 

Our rights to terminate

We reserve the right to terminate our partnership with ILN and close the loyalty program to all new and existing customers with immediate effect. In this unlikely event, all earned points must be redeemed within 3 months of the termination date. All customers will be notified in advance. 

Redeeming points

Points can be redeemed onsite only via the ILN scanning device. Redemption of points is limited to the nearest 100 units rounded down. For example if a customer has earned 145 points, rounding down to the nearest one hundred would calculate to 100 points. Therefore the customer would be eligible to redeem 100 points per transaction, which equates to a reward of £1.00. This will leave a total points balance of 45. The minimum amount of points that can be redeemed per transaction is 100. 

Adding points

Points can be added onsite only via the ILN scanning device. We give 5 points to every £1 pound spent at our business. Therefore 5 points = £0.05 reward. Points can be earned only after goods/services have been fully paid for. 

Who we share your data with

We will share your data with ILN. 

How long do we retain your data

For customers that register on the ILN mobile app, ILN will store the personal information provided in their user profile during continuous engagement with the ILN mobile app. All users can see, or delete at request their personal information and deactivate their account at any time. 

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account with ILN, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data they hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
